En Akua, la gestión de Puntos de Venta y terminales representa un proceso clave para asegurar que las transacciones ocurran de manera eficiente y segura. Esta sección describe las relaciones entre POS y terminales y los procedimientos de integración.

¿Qué es un Point of Sale?

Un Point of Sale (POS) es una representación de ubicación física o digital donde ocurren las transacciones. El POS incluye:

• Detalles completos de dirección
• Nombre de sucursal o tienda
• Coordenadas geográficas
• Capacidad máxima de terminales asignables

¿Qué es un Terminal?

Un terminal es un dispositivo físico que procesa pagos electrónicos en un POS, que incluye:

• Modelo y número de serie
• Métodos de pago soportados (VISA, Mastercard, QR)
• Estado operacional (Activo/Inactivo)

Venta Presente con POS

Para transacciones desde terminales POS, la jerarquía sigue: Organization > Merchant > POS > Terminal.

Adherir un Point y un Terminal

La asociación de terminales requiere primero crear un POS. El POS funciona como el punto de referencia que organiza las transacciones.

Por qué esta relación importa:

• Organización: Gestión de terminales por POS específico
• Trazabilidad: Seguimiento de transacciones hasta el POS de origen
• Escalabilidad: Fácil adición de terminales en múltiples ubicaciones

• Nombre del punto de venta
• Dirección completa (calle, número, ciudad, país, código postal)
